Fellow Comrades –

I am very excited, and humbled, to be starting a new year as your 7th District Commander.

The mission of the Veterans of Foreign Wars is simple and it is up to each and every one of us to carry out that mission. While our mission is simple, it is not necessarily easy. Working together with our Ladies and Men’s Auxiliary counterparts, District 7 will remain the premier District in the state.

We have a fine group of Line Officers and Committee Chairs who are available, and eager, to answer any questions about the programs in which we should all be engaged. Take advantage. VFW programs will drive membership. Let’s work the programs. Let’s not let the programs work us.

There’s an old saying: “Work hard – Play hard”. So together, let’s take care of business and celebrate our accomplishments.
